The jury panels evaluate submitted applications based on the following criteria:
Achievability: This criterion assesses the feasibility of the proposed project based on supporting documentation such as the budget and timeline, the quality of the artistic proposal and its objectives, the vision and artistic rationale presented by the project owner, and the overall likelihood of successful completion.
Artistic Vision: This criterion focuses on the artistic vision articulated in the proposal, including the questions raised by the project and their relevance to the contemporary art scene in Europe.
Project Impact: This criterion considers two main aspects:
– The role of the project in promoting values of diversity and creativity, and its potential to engage diverse communities across Europe.
– The project’s role in advancing the artist’s development and artistic career, as well as its potential to create new opportunities and spaces for the artist.
