Welcome to Ettijahat’s E-Application Portal. This website is designed and launched to make your application processes easier and more comprehensive for the different calls we launch yearly. This portal will ensure your application processes are smooth, clear, and accessible offline and online to guarantee a better experience.

Please read the guidelines & and steps explained below if you have any further inquiries on Ettijahat’s E-Application.

Accessing the Portal

The E-Application home page is available to all users and we encourage your frequent visit to stay tuned with the latest calls.

Follow the steps below to be able to access the application portal and to be able to apply to a desired open call :

• Sign in or Create an Account if you are a first-time user: Account registration requires a standard login process where you provide your email and the required personal information as well as set a password.
• Once your account is created you will receive a confirmation email
• After registering in the portal your account will be activated and you can regain access whenever you wish to log in again. Please note that your account will remain available in the future, meaning, you will be able through this account to apply to different open calls made available on the portal now and in the future.

Account creation is important for your application tracking where you will receive informative emails and confirmation messages directly to your Email address throughout the application process.

Navigating the Portal

You can check the current open calls at the homepage under the title “Open calls”. The open calls are also showcased at the banner’s carousel.

Please note, that only open calls will be visible to you and not all our programmes.

To check announcements related to opened and closed calls please visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter and follow our different social media accounts.

Lastly, every application page that we open will include a description, the application, and frequently asked questions. This guideline will also be provided to facilitate your application process.

Applying for an Opportunity

• Sign in or Register to access the application of the programme you wish to apply to
• The application form is highlighted on the webpage of the program’s open call
• Fill out the requested information in the application as you carefully read the details of each question/ requirement/ step
• You can fill the application gradually and save the changes along the way
• You must submit your application before the deadline and it is highly advised that you do not wait until the last hours of the call so that your submission is ensured
• The application form will not allow any submissions past the open call deadline

Application Submission

Submitting your application will not be possible if you do not fulfil the required questions or meet the word margin limit required in different questions. We are keen on providing equal opportunity to all applicants by ensuring criteria that apply to all.

All personal information and administrative documents that you provide through the application are secured and your privacy is key. Your data will not be accessed by jurors or external personnel and will only determine your eligibility.

• We ensure that each program call provides an email to support you with specific inquiries that are not related to general matters we cover in the information we provided
