This refers to all artists who hold the nationality of one of the Arab region countries, including stateless residents of these countries, who lived part of their lives in these countries and were forced to leave for Europe starting 2015.
Applications will be accepted until midnight on April 30th 2025 Western European Time. Any application received after this date will not be considered.
All artists from the Arab region, including all ethnicities, who have moved to Europe since 2015 are eligible to apply.
