Engaging with the public is a crucial aspect of Zad. It consists of showcasing artworks that are either completed or still in progress to audiences who haven't had the opportunity to view them before. Therefore, Zad does not support any travel destination that does not aim to display the works of artists to the public.
Yes, if this includes the artist displaying his/her completed or under development work to the public.
Zad supports the mobility of all artistic and literary works that are presented to new audiences in new cities and spaces. Some examples of this support include: presenting theatrical works and live arts, concerts at music festivals, streaming films in cities and places where they have not previously been streamed, organizing or joining literary readings, organizing and relocating art exhibitions, and sharing the outcomes of artist residencies.
ZAD supports all mobility projects planned after September 5, 2024
This mainly depends on the artist's decision, however, the support provided by Zad does not cover any costs spent before the date the Zad support is granted.
