The program accepts applications from all artists who have official residency in one of the European countries and who are active and producing their artistic works within it. If the artist has not yet obtained his permanent residency, he/she can apply for any touring activities within the country of residence.

Applications are open to artists from all Arab countries who have moved to Europe since 2015. Priority is given to artists who have moved from the following countries: Syria, Palestine, Lebanon, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Yemen, Sudan, and Libya.
